        We provide complete production line ?for light weight CLC block and how to run the plant. Process-lightweight Concrete Block are produced by adding foam air bubbles into a fly ash-cement mixture. Foam Generator will use to create millions of air bubbles from foam chemical. The foam is mixed in proportion with cement Flyash/light weight waste material and water.The Different grades manufacutured on basis of strength, thermal conductivity, density and durability grades.
